Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of new systems and APIs that support multiple teams.
Drive technical initiatives from concept to production, navigating ambiguity.
Anticipate scalability, reliability, and performance challenges, designing enduring solutions.
Establish and maintain strong engineering standards through code reviews and testing.
Act as a technical owner for systems impacting multiple teams.
Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers at different levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align technical solutions with business needs.

7+ years in a software engineering role with experience driving initiatives across teams.
Strong system design and architecture expertise, especially in distributed platforms.
Experience owning projects from design through delivery and ongoing evolution.
Proven ability to mentor other engineers and improve team performance.
Comfortable influencing technical direction and building consensus among stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills to simplify complexity and drive clarity.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
