Responsibilities
- Partner with Salesforce Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, AI Specialists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce and AI-powered solutions.
- Build autonomous agents and AI-enabled business experiences using Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Model Builder, and Data Cloud.
- Develop scalable Salesforce applications with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, JavaScript, Platform Events, and APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft, APIs, event-driven architectures, and AppExchange solutions.
- Design prompts, retrieval, grounding, agent actions, and evaluation harnesses to improve AI accuracy, quality, cost, and latency.
- Deliver solutions for large-scale Salesforce environments supporting hundreds or thousands of users.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders and explain AI, automation, and Salesforce concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support Agile delivery teams and apply DevOps practices using Gearset, Copado, Flosum, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce AI capabilities and identify opportunities across client engagements.
Requirements
- Strong Salesforce technical experience across one or more core clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Industries Cloud, or Field Service.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, JavaScript, APIs, Salesforce integration patterns, Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Model Builder.
- Understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, grounding, and hallucination reduction.
- Experience testing and evaluating AI features, including building evaluation sets, measuring accuracy, and monitoring production quality, cost, and latency.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft, event-driven architectures, REST/SOAP APIs, external system connectivity, and AI models hosted outside Salesforce.
- Experience translating complex business requirements and user stories into scalable technical solutions and delivering them through Agile cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with third-party delivery partners and Salesforce ecosystem vendors, plus solid Salesforce DevOps and software engineering knowledge.
- Preferred familiarity with Model Context Protocol, vector search, embeddings, or Python for AI tooling.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I and II, JavaScript Developer I, AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Consultant certifications, and Agentblazer Legend.
- Must obtain Security Check clearance and have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the last five years; some posts may be restricted to sole UK Nationals.
