Responsibilities
- Attend customer workshops and meetings to gather requirements and prepare specification documents and scopes of work.
- Advise customers on best practices to maximize return on investment from their Synergi Life systems.
- Identify opportunities to add value to customer implementations and sales opportunities with existing customers.
- Configure the Synergi Life application according to agreed customer requirements.
- Test personal configurations and the work completed by other consultants.
- Act as project manager for smaller implementation and configuration projects.
- Work with external customers and internal stakeholders, including occasional travel to customer sites in the supported regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with a programming language and high-level knowledge of MS SQL.
- Good experience with relational databases, including SQL Server.
- Proficiency with Windows Server and web technologies.
- Arabic or another regional language is advantageous.
- PowerShell, Python, C#, and .NET experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Synergi Life, its database structure, Microsoft Azure cloud services, HSEQ or risk domains, and the energy sector is advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, customer-orientation, time-management, multitasking, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, challenge customers constructively, and remain self-driven and reliable.
