Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and operate AI/ML and generative AI applications for cybersecurity and enterprise use cases.
- Provide senior technical leadership, mentor developers, establish engineering standards, and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Develop threat detection, alert triage, vulnerability analysis, identity analytics, risk scoring, and agent-driven automation solutions.
- Engineer data pipelines and analytics for security logs, telemetry, and related data.
- Deploy and manage scalable AI solutions in cloud-native environments using Kubernetes, containers, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate AI applications with cybersecurity and enterprise tools including SIEM, SOAR, IAM, and data platforms.
- Build and maintain AI agent registries, agent workflows, monitoring dashboards, and operational support interfaces.
- Implement secure coding, cybersecurity controls, data protection, AI governance, regulatory alignment, and secure SDLC practices.
- Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, cloud, infrastructure, data, and AI governance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of equivalent experience in software development.
- At least 8 years of production support and design experience with cybersecurity technologies.
- At least 8 years of operational experience with security technologies.
- At least 8 years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, operations, and lifecycle management.
- Preferred: 10 or more years of software development experience building enterprise applications, platforms, and services.
- Experience with multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, SQL, PowerShell, and scripting languages.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven services for enterprise AI and automation.
- Experience with agentic AI, Claude Code, copilots, RAG architectures, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with AI governance, model risk management, security guardrails, centralized AI agent registries, operational dashboards, cybersecurity tools, data engineering, streaming analytics, and log or telemetry processing.
- Experience integrating applications with IAM platforms using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, scoped tokens, service principals, managed identities, and role-based access controls.
- Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and IAM platforms.
