Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
Lead implementation of software initiatives for clients.
Design and develop maintainable Mendix applications using best practices.
Create user interfaces with Mendix Studio and Mendix Studio Pro.
Implement business logic and workflows using Mendix microflows and server actions.
Integrate data from multiple sources and systems into Mendix applications.
Test, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Collaborate with front-end developers, back-end developers, designers, and other cross-functional teams.
Stay current with Mendix updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Mentor junior team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3.5 years of professional experience working with the Mendix Platform on enterprise-grade applications.
Experience across data modeling, integrations, business logic, and user interface development.
Strong understanding of low-code programming best practices and implementation.
Deep knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML.
Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, data integration, and API development.
Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Mendix certifications are preferred but not required.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWS, is a plus.
