Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences.
- Implement REST and SOAP integrations for ServiceNow applications.
- Support releases, testing, upgrades, and platform quality and governance standards.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into platform solutions.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in CSM or ITSM with deployed custom application development.
- At least 3 years of scripting experience beyond basic ServiceNow scripts.
- Strong JavaScript skills and strong technical skills in workflow configuration, business rule development, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Knowledge of ITIL, IT Service Management principles, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required for the federal government position.
- Preferred qualifications include 5+ years troubleshooting ServiceNow implementation issues, an active FCC or GSA government clearance, and relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and additional implementation certifications in Human Resources, Customer Service Management, Discovery, Software Asset Management, or Project Portfolio Management.
