Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients' digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies for digital transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic IT implementation programs and help manage small development teams.
- Establish modern development practices and deliver technical requirements such as cyber resilience.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures involving legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current technology trends.
- Design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
- Work in interdisciplinary, global project teams and communicate complex technical topics in German and English.
Requirements
- Degree or near-completion in computer science, informatics, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Initial practical IT experience, such as through internships or student jobs.
- Initial hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures.
- Initial IT consulting knowledge is advantageous.
- Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends including machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, and robotics.
- Strong German and English communication skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
