Base Salary
$190k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the Integrations Team in designing, developing, and scaling EHR and healthcare-system integrations.
- Set technical direction and make architectural decisions for scalable, efficient, and resilient integration solutions.
- Architect and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, ingestion systems, and data infrastructure.
- Develop data models supporting a Medallion architecture and accessible data insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and deliver integration solutions.
- Prioritize work across technical debt, new features, and stakeholder needs.
- Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop engineering team members while expanding team capacity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience specializing in data engineering, data modeling, and systems integrations.
- Extensive experience providing technical leadership to engineering teams and delivering successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, EHRs, and healthcare data management.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL Mesh or similar, Temporal or similar orchestration frameworks, Python, AWS, and relational databases.
- Proven experience building and optimizing ETLs, data ingestion pipelines, and data transformation processes.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and project prioritization skills.
- Ability to scale teams and engineering processes in a startup environment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Pragmatic, adaptive problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
