Responsibilities
- Deploy large language models using cloud-native services and tools.
- Monitor LLM performance and resolve operational challenges in AI systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into deployment strategies.
- Maintain operational procedures and incident reports.
- Identify AI operations risks and implement mitigation plans for system reliability.
- Support and guide junior team members and contribute as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Machine Learning Operations, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms and tools for AI deployment and monitoring.
- Understanding of AI compliance frameworks and security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges in AI systems.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring techniques and tools for large-scale AI models.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
