Responsibilities
- Design the overall Control Plane architecture for agent registration, cataloging, discovery, runtime observability, policy governance, risk intervention, audit trails, object models, lifecycle management, and version governance.
- Define the Agent Core capability architecture and roadmap covering context, memory, state, planning, task execution, tool calling, reflection, multi-agent collaboration, long-running tasks, recovery, concurrency, human intervention, and exception compensation.
- Design unified Sandbox and Memory services for code execution, browser automation, Computer Use, evaluation, layered memory, access isolation, authorization, lifecycle management, and quality management.
- Enable multiple agent frameworks to reuse common runtime capabilities through standard APIs or SDKs and define boundaries between governance and runtime components.
- Evaluate agent frameworks, runtimes, Memory, Sandbox, workflow, policy-engine, and observability technologies; organize PoCs and architecture reviews.
- Establish architecture decision records, reference architectures, technical specifications, interface standards, and technology selection decisions.
- 主持复杂技术方案和总体架构评审,指导AI研发工程师完成核心模块设计和关键问题攻关。
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing AI agent platform architectures, including agent lifecycle management and coordination between governance layers and runtime components.
- Deep understanding of agent capabilities and design logic for Memory architecture, Sandbox isolation, task scheduling, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Ability to independently design and optimize agent runtime mechanisms and foundational platform services.
- Strong technical research, evaluation, PoC validation, technology selection, and architecture decision-making abilities.
- Ability to translate business scenarios into practical technical solutions, standards, and implementation roadmaps.
