Base Salary
$91k - $154k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, optimize, administer, and support enterprise endpoint security controls and platforms.
- Develop endpoint security baselines and hardening standards and evaluate new endpoint security technologies.
- Investigate security events, support incident response, assess vulnerabilities and risks, and improve threat detection capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance for endpoint security projects, proofs of concept, implementations, and security-focused IT design and build projects.
- Automate security processes using scripting, APIs, GitHub workflows, SOAR capabilities, and related automation technologies.
- Support security and compliance projects involving cloud environments, operating systems, applications, databases, and security tools.
- Collaborate with Cyber Operations, Infrastructure, Desktop Engineering, Identity, and DevOps/SecOps teams.
- Administer and enhance CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and BeyondTrust PAM platforms.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or security engineering.
- At least one year of professional experience administering antivirus or endpoint detection and response solutions.
- Experience investigating security events and supporting incident response activities.
- At least one year of professional experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages, or equivalent.
- Experience working with APIs and automation workflows.
- Preferred experience with privileged access management platforms, GitHub, version control, SOAR platforms, Microsoft Sentinel or other SIEM platforms, and AI-assisted security operations.
- The position does not have supervisory responsibilities and requires a background investigation for selected candidates.
