Base Salary
$100k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize embedded firmware for microcontrollers and SoCs.
- Bring up new platforms through diagnostics, power-on sequencing, and driver development.
- Build reliable boot, update, recovery, telemetry, logging, and power-management capabilities.
- Create and maintain strong validation coverage through various testing methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware or low-level system software development.
- Strong C/C++ fundamentals across memory layout, interrupts, concurrency, and RTOS-based development.
- Hands-on experience with hardware platforms and debugging at the hardware-software boundary.
- Familiarity with bootloaders, embedded Linux, drivers, and firmware validation workflows.
- Effective collaboration skills across hardware, validation, and software teams.
