Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable user interfaces for AI agent governance across Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Prototype and iterate on AI agent governance user experiences using emerging UI frameworks, design patterns, and industry practices.
- Build reusable frontend components with strong usability, accessibility, responsive design, performance, maintainability, and code quality.
- Enhance identity governance experiences covering certifications, lifecycle management, workflows, and Separation of Duties.
- Create dashboards for AI agent performance, usage, operational health, governance status, and security.
- Implement secure UI experiences supporting authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and least privilege.
- Add frontend telemetry, logging, performance monitoring, error handling, and operational health mechanisms.
- Evaluate AI agent platforms, MCP, Agent-to-Agent communication, and governance technologies and translate them into user experiences.
- Document UI architecture, design patterns, reusable components, workflows, and engineering practices.
- Partner with product, UX, support, security, compliance, platform, and customer-facing teams to improve customer workflows and resolve UI issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/ES6, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Strong expertise in Vue.js or React for scalable and responsive interfaces.
- Experience with Canvas, D3, and SVG for data visualization.
- Understanding of web security principles including authentication headers, JWT, scopes, and cookies.
- Experience developing unit and end-to-end tests with Chai, Mocha, Sinon, IstanbulJS, and Cypress.
- Proficiency designing and documenting REST APIs with OpenAPI specifications.
- Experience with AI agent development, LLM integrations, and RAG architectures using vector stores.
- Knowledge of MCP server development and integration with modern AI and application frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
