Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate Bosch China’s internal LLM RAG and AI-agent application platform.
- Build AI assistants, intelligent search, automated reporting, data-insight extraction, engineering-document processing, workflow automation, manufacturing knowledge bases, and sustainability-data solutions.
- Develop business skills, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, model selection, fine-tuning, and performance-evaluation capabilities.
- Translate business needs from divisions, factories, and functional teams into end-to-end AI and digital solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities and data flows with SAP, MES, Power BI, SharePoint/M365, and other enterprise systems.
- Enable adoption of Power Platform and AI tools across business departments.
- Establish monitoring, evaluation, iteration, explainability, stability, and governance mechanisms for production AI applications.
- Collaborate with data engineering, IT infrastructure, and information security teams on data security and compliance.
- Track agentic AI, multimodal AI, and RAG optimization developments and promote internal best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, information systems, applied mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of AI or large-language-model development experience; enterprise AI project delivery experience is preferred.
- Practical experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, BI, or CRM.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with common data-processing and deep-learning libraries.
- Practical experience with LLM principles, agentic AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformer, model fine-tuning, and model deployment.
- Project experience with Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
- Knowledge of SQL and mainstream databases, with basic data-engineering experience including ETL and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with the M365 ecosystem, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint, is preferred.
