Responsibilities
- Participate in AI and machine learning model development, evaluation, and optimization.
- Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to business and engineering challenges.
- Experiment with generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, and workflow automation.
- Collect, process, analyze, and govern structured and unstructured data.
- Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and data platforms.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and propose innovative use cases.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in large language models, generative AI, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, MCP, or similar AI development ecosystems is desirable.
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and data analytics techniques.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn and experiment.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
