Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI and ML components for client organizations.
- Build end-to-end AI solutions from proof of concept through production.
- Integrate models into applications and business processes.
- Improve the explainability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and stakeholders.
- Continue professional development through training, courses, certifications, and coaching.
Requirements
- Recently graduated or at the beginning of a career with motivation to learn and build AI solutions.
- Completed an HBO or university degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- Basic knowledge of Python and familiarity with AI or ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Interest in developing AI solutions from exploration through implementation and production.
- Interest in Generative AI, Agentic AI, explainability, reliability, and scalability.
- Knowledge of software engineering, data, or cloud, and interest in deployment and MLOps, are advantageous.
- Relevant internship or work experience.
- Proactive and goal-oriented, with Dutch language proficiency at minimum C1 level.
