Responsibilities
- Design and ship user-facing experiences for AI-powered communication agents across voice, SMS, and email.
- Own frontend technical decisions from architecture and implementation through production and iteration.
- Partner with Product and Design to turn evolving customer needs into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
- Build fast, responsive, and reliable interfaces for real-time AI agent interactions.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences across the AI communication platform.
Requirements
- Strong track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to launch and explaining technical decisions and lessons learned.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and solving open-ended problems without predefined solutions.
- Strong technical depth and ability to engage deeply with implementation details.
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor.
- Experience with AI-powered products, conversational AI, communication platforms, or SMS/compliance systems is an added plus.
