Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Participate in front-end architecture and solution design decisions.
- Design, develop, and evolve performant interfaces through production deployment using Angular and React.
- Integrate applications with external APIs.
- Contribute to continuous delivery and facilitate rapid, secure deployment of new features.
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability.
- Optimize application performance and improve usability and user experience.
- Address advanced challenges involving asynchronous data, data flows, and side-effect management.
- Lead design workshops, contribute to delivery processes, and mentor or share knowledge with junior developers.
Requirements
- Bac+5 or Master 2 degree in computer development.
- At least five years of experience as a Tech Lead Front-end Angular in a large-scale Agile environment.
- Strong proficiency with Angular.
- Ability to lead design workshops and participate in delivery processes.
- Active technology monitoring and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Initial experience supervising junior staff or a strong willingness to mentor and transfer skills.
- Prior experience in the banking sector is preferred.
