Responsibilities
- Build agent workflows for integration planning, implementation, and validation.
- Create systems that synthesize context from various sources to align with Datadog conventions.
- Generate and evolve integration code and tests reflecting real customer workloads.
- Design evaluation harnesses to prevent silent regressions.
- Build portfolio-level automation for upstream changes and feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with PMs and engineering teams to ensure system adoption and trust.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building backend systems in Go, Java, or .NET.
- Proven experience delivering LLM/agent features to production.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and measure impact with metrics.
- Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle and statistics for experiments.
- Experience with microservices performance and production operations.
