Technical Architect – Life Sciences Cloud- French Or German Speaker
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Build customer relationships and contribute practical technical recommendations.
- Own defined solution components or technical workstreams under architectural guidance.
- Participate in discovery workshops and translate healthcare professional, healthcare organization, medical affairs, and patient support requirements into solution designs.
- Configure and develop Salesforce solutions, including data models, integrations, access controls, privacy, consent, security, and auditability requirements.
- Document designs, build prototypes, support testing and troubleshooting, and participate in code or configuration reviews.
- Contribute to data migration, deployment, release activities, data quality, estimation, dependency tracking, and risk management.
- Explore relevant automation and AI use cases while considering data access, testing, and human oversight.
- Share reusable documentation and solution components and collaborate with project managers, developers, consultants, partners, and customer teams.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in French or German, written and spoken, for customer workshops and solution discussions.
- Already authorized to work in Switzerland and holding a valid Swiss work permit where required.
- At least 3 years of technical consulting, software engineering, or Salesforce delivery experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation.
- Customer-facing consulting experience gathering requirements and delivering technology solutions.
- Foundational knowledge of Salesforce application design, data modeling, security, access management, configuration, custom development, and object-oriented programming.
- Practical experience with APIs, integrations, or data migration.
- Awareness of data privacy and security principles and interest in regulated Life Sciences delivery.
- Experience contributing to technical designs and working in agile delivery teams.
- Clear communication, problem-solving, collaboration, willingness to learn, and availability to travel as needed.
- Preferred: Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, HCP/HCO, medical affairs, patient services, CRM modernization, platform migration, multi-market deployments, Agentforce, enterprise data platforms, AI-assisted development tools, Salesforce certifications, architecture certification progress, technical design reviews, prototypes, or customer demonstrations.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrable professional experience, is preferred.
