Base Salary
$180k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect stateful multi-agent systems that coordinate specialized agents across complex tasks.
- Build automated governance, guardrails, and policy engines for autonomous systems.
- Engineer semantic context and memory infrastructure using knowledge graphs and vector stores.
- Develop testing harnesses, formal specifications, and automated metrics for evaluating agentic outputs.
- Create self-healing loops that connect observability data to autonomous failure analysis and remediation.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy agentic tools to production for internal teams and customers.
- Experiment with models, orchestration techniques, and methods for validating agent behavior.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software engineering, product-building, research, game engineering, platform/SRE, design, product management, or related experience with a history of shipping.
- Active hands-on experience building agentic systems and familiarity with the limitations of frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.
- Ability to work on complex products, tools, platforms, simulations, infrastructure, or autonomous-agent systems.
- Strong collaboration, interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and technical writing skills.
- Experience or interest in multi-agent coordination, observability, reliability, automation, evaluation, or production AI systems is relevant.
