Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert for IBM Software solutions for TD SYNNEX partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support partners with customer projects, proposals, solution design, and architecture.
- Design, build, and present demo, proof-of-concept, and pilot environments.
- Participate in technical workshops, customer meetings, and solution presentations with IBM and partners.
- Develop partners’ technical capabilities through training, workshops, and enablement activities.
- Monitor technology and market developments and help identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain personal expertise and complete and maintain IBM technical certifications.
- Support the technical requirements of IBM partner programs with the TD SYNNEX IBM team.
Requirements
- Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, solution architecture, or comparable expert roles.
- Understanding of enterprise software, integrations, application architectures, or hybrid cloud solutions.
- Ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical specialists.
- Practical experience installing, configuring, and demonstrating software.
- Experience building demo and proof-of-concept environments.
- Understanding of application development, APIs, and modern software architectures.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and complete technical certifications.
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
- Relevant technical education, such as information technology, software engineering, or information systems.
- Knowledge of the IBM Software portfolio is considered an advantage.
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Linux environments is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of integration, automation, data, or artificial intelligence solutions is considered an advantage.
- Experience with container technologies, DevOps practices, or cloud services is considered an advantage.
- IBM, Red Hat, Microsoft Azure, or AWS certifications are considered an advantage.
