Base Salary
$110k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement core software features for the Form Now print-on-demand service.
- Architect and build the next generation of factory software, including a custom Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Create robust backend code using Python/Django and user-facing frontend code with Next.js and React.js.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with factory operators, product managers, and leadership.
- Take full ownership of projects from initial scoping to ongoing support.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase for reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Full-stack Web Developer in a production environment.
- Entrepreneurial and flexible problem-solver comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and move quickly from idea to implementation.
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Billerica, MA as needed.
