Base Salary
$110k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement core software features for the Form Now print-on-demand service.
- Architect and build factory software, including a custom Manufacturing Execution System.
- Develop backend code with Python and Django and user-facing frontend code with Next.js and React.js.
- Collaborate with factory operators, product managers, and leadership to define and deliver features and integrations.
- Own projects from initial scoping through development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase for reliability and scalability in production.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a full-stack web developer in a production environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, solve problems in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, and take ownership of projects.
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Billerica, Massachusetts as needed to test, debug, and release factory software.
- Experience with 3D models, processing, or analysis is a bonus.
- Experience with web development in a mixed local/cloud hybrid setup is a bonus.
- A background working with hardware or equipment is a bonus.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD is a bonus.
- Familiarity with data engineering and dashboarding tools is a bonus.
