Base Salary
$110k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement core software features for the Form Now print-on-demand service.
- Architect and build factory software, including a custom Manufacturing Execution System.
- Develop backend code with Python/Django and user-facing frontend code with Next.js and React.js.
- Collaborate with factory operators, product managers, and leadership to define and deliver features and integrations.
- Own projects from scoping and development through testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Maintain and improve the production codebase for reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven production experience as a full-stack web developer.
- Ability to solve problems independently and work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Strong project ownership, experimentation, and iteration skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work onsite in Billerica, Massachusetts as needed to test, debug, and release factory software.
- Bonus experience with 3D models, processing or analysis; mixed local/cloud hybrid web development; hardware or equipment; DevOps and CI/CD; data engineering; or dashboarding tools.
