Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure and products for the Databricks platform at scale.
- Develop a serverless platform for big data and machine learning workloads.
- Create cutting-edge OS, container, and networking technologies for Databricks infrastructure.
- Grow a partner ecosystem for Databricks SQL and support integrations.
- Enhance the collaborative REPL experience for data science and AI/ML in notebooks.
Requirements
- BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of production-level experience in Java, Scala, Golang, C++, or similar languages.
- Experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or Service-Oriented Architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with security and systems handling sensitive data.
