Base Salary
$215k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance enterprise SaaS applications across EvolutionIQ and CCC products.
- Modernize legacy platforms while contributing to new product development and scalable backend services.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools to accelerate development and prototype ideas.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering to deliver scalable applications.
- Contribute to technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience delivering features end-to-end, from scope definition and data modeling through production maintenance.
- Strong hands-on Python experience and experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
- Experience designing scalable, multi-tenant, multi-user backend systems and relational databases.
- Comfort using AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools in daily development.
- Experience writing technical design documents, participating in code reviews, and maintaining high engineering standards.
- Ability to translate customer business problems into technical solutions and communicate business impact to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach, strong ownership, curiosity, and effective communication across engineering teams.
- Experience with enterprise applications or legacy system modernization is preferred.
- Familiarity with C#/.NET, AI-powered applications, insurance claims, or enterprise SaaS is preferred.
