Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Extend Hazel’s action layer to write changes into connected systems.
- Build full-stack product features using TypeScript, React, and Go services.
- Develop AI agent workflows involving streaming LLM responses, multi-step tool use, and approvals.
- Build and maintain integrations across Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Amazon, and other platforms.
- Own APIs at scale, including query optimization, schema design, and workload-specific technology choices.
- Collaborate directly with founders and customers to ship customer-facing product improvements.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping an LLM feature to real users.
- Experience owning an API at scale, including query optimization and schema design.
- Strong TypeScript experience.
- Ability to use coding agents effectively and evaluate where they help or hurt productivity.
- Strong interest in product ergonomics and user experience.
- Former or aspiring founder is preferred.
