Responsibilities
- Collaborate with users, security experts, PMs, and data scientists to develop AI agents.
- Create tools, retrieval strategies, and guardrails for AI systems.
- Manage prompts and evaluations, designing fallbacks and human-in-the-loop paths.
- Prototype solutions, iterate based on user feedback, and ship final products.
- Stay informed on the latest research in Generative AI and AI agents.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in backend engineering (Go, Python, Java, etc.).
- Experience with large language models and large-scale systems.
- Proven track record of shipping software that utilizes LLMs in production.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate technical discussions.
