Base Salary
$90k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer implementation engagements end to end from onboarding through go-live.
- Design and implement SDK and API integrations and technical solutions.
- Manage project timelines, scope, stakeholder alignment, risks, and technical blockers.
- Engage customer stakeholders and translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Coordinate with customer product and engineering teams, agencies, and third parties.
- Document stakeholder roles, technical requirements, and integration details for handoff to Customer Success.
- Drive adoption, define KPIs and success metrics, deliver customer-specific training and workshops, and improve delivery processes.
- Advocate customer use cases to product development and maintain knowledge of Braze platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in implementations, technical consulting, or customer success.
- Hands-on technical experience with APIs, SDKs, or related integration work, plus strong project management skills.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in SaaS, mobile, marketing automation, analytics, or programming such as HTML.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, collaboration, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and use AI tools to improve workstreams.
