
Software Engineer - Omniverse Simulation

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain simulation and digital twin applications using NVIDIA Omniverse and real-time 3D technologies.
- Build reusable simulation capabilities and integrate 3D models with data, cloud services, robotics, automation, and AI/ML technologies.
- Develop resilient, accurate, highly available, and scalable applications that meet uptime and performance targets.
- Collaborate with data engineering, platform, solutions, product, architecture, and customer teams to translate requirements into code.
- Participate in DevOps, continuous development and integration, deployment automation, and configuration management.
- Create and maintain process and source-code documentation.
- Perform expert-level troubleshooting, system investigation, data analysis, and root-cause problem resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an associate degree in those fields plus two additional years of relevant experience.
- At least one year of software engineering experience including internships, or two years of experience coding applications or services in a high-level language.
- Experience with modern application development frameworks and professional software engineering practices across the software development life cycle.
- Knowledge of coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience with Agile software development techniques.
- Programming experience in languages such as C, C++, Go, Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving and time-management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, databases, analytics, big data systems, business intelligence products, and scalable distributed systems.
- Preferred experience with healthcare-related software, simulation engineering, digital twins, 3D environments, NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, USD Composer, robotics, ROS, Unity, Unreal Engine, real-time 3D, immersive VR, and synthetic data pipelines for AI/ML development and training.
