Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, enhance, and troubleshoot B2G SAP applications and modules.
- Gather requirements and document functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain ABAP applications, including reports, module pools, dialog programs, interactive reports, ALV reports, function modules, and object-oriented designs.
- Design and modify SAP Data Dictionary objects and implement enhancement options such as user exits, BAdIs, and the Enhancement Framework.
- Design and implement SAP integrations using RFCs, ABAP proxies, SOAP web services, SAP PI/PO, WSDL, XML, and IDocs.
- Support SAP integration with other enterprise systems and resolve application issues.
- Conduct unit and integration testing and support system testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Maintain technical specifications, user manuals, and system configuration documentation.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business users, technical teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD and FI modules.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA in functional and technical environments.
- Proficiency in ABAP reports, module pools, dialog programming, interactive reports, ALV, function modules, object-oriented ABAP, and performance optimization.
- Experience with SQL Trace, the ABAP Debugger, SAP Data Dictionary objects, SAP Development Workbench transactions, user exits, BAdIs, and the Enhancement Framework.
- Experience designing and implementing RFCs, ABAP proxies, SOAP web services, SAP PI/PO integrations, WSDL, XML, and IDoc types and segments.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and support for User Acceptance Testing; knowledge of ABAP Unit testing is preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
