Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bac+5 degree in computer science.
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong autonomy and technical proficiency in Java.
- Experience managing a team of developers, with an emphasis on mentoring and professional development.
- Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and technologies including Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle.
- Ability to adapt to Agile and V-cycle environments.
