Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product experiences across user interfaces, APIs, and backend services.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders to determine requirements and create accessible, high-quality customer experiences.
- Design responsive user interfaces and build scalable services across the full software development lifecycle.
- Test, debug, and iterate on features based on customer feedback.
- Apply engineering principles, learn new methods, seek feedback, and improve technical solutions.
- Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, performance, monitoring, and operations at scale.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, with at least one semester remaining after the internship, or currently pursuing a master’s degree in the same fields with at least one semester remaining.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of programming experience.
- Preferred: at least 6 months of experience delivering projects in teams.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of experience developing and applying data structures and algorithms.
- Coursework, projects, or prior experience building end-to-end applications.
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and modern web frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience building backend services using C#, Java, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks, accessibility principles, and modern software engineering practices.
