Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise SailPoint Identity Security Cloud architecture, roadmap, and IAM modernization strategy.
- Architect complex SailPoint ISC solutions across multi-cloud and multi-region environments.
- Establish identity governance frameworks, access certification programs, Segregation of Duties controls, and compliance standards.
- Lead integration architecture with HR platforms, ITSM tools, directories, cloud services, and enterprise applications using APIs and automation.
- Serve as the technical authority for SailPoint initiatives and guide executive stakeholders on IAM strategy and risk management.
- Mentor architects and engineers and lead large-scale IAM transformation programs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, including 5+ years of SailPoint IdentityNow or Identity Security Cloud architecture experience.
- Deep expertise in SailPoint ISC workflows, connectors, identity lifecycle management, certifications, access models, policies, rules, and transformations.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale IAM architectures in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, ITSM platforms, and cloud identity ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, JWT, and identity federation technologies.
- Experience developing integration and automation solutions using PowerShell, JSON, APIs, and serverless technologies.
- Understanding of Zero Trust architecture, identity governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions, executive stakeholder engagements, and large-scale IAM transformation programs.
- Preferred: SailPoint Certified Identity Security Engineer certification; SailPoint IdentityIQ-to-Identity Security Cloud migration experience; knowledge of CyberArk or BeyondTrust; Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform experience; and experience with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, or NIST frameworks.
