Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technical architecture and solution design across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
- Design, develop, customize, test, deploy, and support HCM integrations, interfaces, reports, extracts, workflows, and extensions.
- Manage technical releases, deployments, production validation, quarterly updates, migrations, upgrades, patches, cutovers, rollbacks, and hypercare.
- Configure and maintain HCM security roles, profiles, access controls, data roles, and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Provide application support, troubleshooting, debugging, incident and problem management, and production issue resolution.
- Mentor developers, enforce coding and quality standards, and promote reusable and maintainable solutions.
- Translate HR and enterprise workforce priorities into scalable technical solutions with business analysts, functional consultants, stakeholders, and implementation partners.
- Prepare architecture, solution, technical, testing, deployment, interface, runbook, and support documentation.
- Lead technical planning, estimation, risk management, testing, deployment, and benefits realization across programs and projects.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, master-data management, service reliability, data quality, audit controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities and lead process simplification, workflow, self-service, automation, and employee-experience improvements.
- Provide technical guidance, end-user support, knowledge transfer, and partner governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications or HCM technology, including at least 4 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud delivery, integration, or senior application ownership.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification in one or more relevant modules and Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent integration/API certification.
- Strong practical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and Core HR, with working knowledge of Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
- Advanced experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with role-based security, data roles, segregation of duties, audit controls, secure integration design, data migration, environment management, quarterly update testing, release management, incident management, problem management, and production support.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery, DevOps, source control, automated testing, IT service management, and enterprise architecture governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, technical documentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred experience supporting cloud HCM in a large, regulated, or multi-entity organization with complex payroll and statutory interfaces.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, identity and access management, data privacy, analytics, middleware technologies, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or other leading HCM platforms.
- ITIL, TOGAF, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, project management, or information-security certification is desirable.
- Experience in complex, enterprise-scale transformation environments is desirable.
