Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of network traffic management solutions.
- Optimize network operations through caching strategies and Points of Presence optimization.
- Develop high-performance applications using C/C++ and Go.
- Deploy and oversee scalable systems on Kubernetes.
- Implement cybersecurity measures and observability for network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Lead open-source contributions and patented technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or a master's degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in networking, traffic management, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Go, low-level Linux networking, Kubernetes, and caching strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Envoy, distributed systems, large-scale environments, relevant certifications, Java, open-source contributions, and patent creation experience.
