Base Salary

$150k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

Drive data strategy, including data model designs, database development standards, data warehouses, and data analytics systems.
Design, develop, integrate, centralize, maintain, and support data systems and ETL workflows.
Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, customers, and internal users to understand business needs and deliver data solutions.
Coach team members through code and design reviews and promote high-quality technical standards.
Extend and support a data engineering environment focused on developer experience, testing, and integration.
Recommend improvements to existing data and ETL processes and optimize end-to-end data architecture.
Lead the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and visualizations.
Review data architecture best practices and provide technical leadership within the Product organization.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
At least 10 years of experience developing data applications, relational databases, and ETL platforms.
Experience building highly available and testable ETL systems supporting critical business operations.
Expertise in data modeling, database design, data warehousing, and SQL scripting.
Strong spoken and written communication, listening, presentation, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative, and manage changing priorities and timelines.
Preferred: computer science education or equivalent experience, Databricks, Power BI report development, Python, scalable financial data processing and reporting, public cloud expertise or certifications, and DevOps experience.

The estimated annual pay range is $150,000–$190,000, including base salary.
