Responsibilities
- Identify and execute growth experiments across outbound, landing pages, product-led acquisition, and onboarding.
- Build landing pages, acquisition tools, automated workflows, and customer journeys to test growth hypotheses.
- Set up funnel tracking, analyze conversion and lead quality, and communicate experiment results.
- Turn successful experiments into repeatable growth approaches and compounding growth loops.
- Architect and implement systems for lead capture, enrichment, qualification, scoring, and follow-up.
- Own the marketing-to-sales-to-customer-success handoff and ensure data and context move through the pipeline.
- Configure CRM integrations, workflow automation, analytics, and reporting using APIs, webhooks, and code where needed.
- Troubleshoot, improve, and maintain growth systems for ongoing reliability and usability.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional experience in growth, technical marketing, marketing automation, or engineering-led growth.
- Professional AI or Web3 experience, including building or growing an AI/Web3 product, implementing substantive AI workflows, or delivering AI systems for clients.
- Demonstrated ability to personally build and troubleshoot integrations, automations, data flows, and related systems.
- Commercial and analytical judgment connecting funnel performance to lead quality, conversion, and sales outcomes.
- Ability to execute independently, communicate clearly in English, learn unfamiliar tools, and take ownership beyond launch.
- Experience in a smaller company with limited resources and broad ownership is particularly relevant.
