Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical builds and implementations for RingCX and RingCentral Contact Center projects.
- Configure Studio logic, IVR/ACD routing, predictive dialers, SIP/analog gateways, and network/QoS settings.
- Design databases and CRM data models and manage changes to existing CRM applications.
- Build system integrations and automation using REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and iPaaS tools.
- Conduct UAT and end-to-end testing for architectures, call flows, and failover routing.
- Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, customer IT teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot API limits, WebRTC and network-quality issues, and CRM integration bugs during rollout and hypercare.
- Assess solution architectures, recommend design improvements, identify account-growth opportunities, and produce technical documentation.
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise deployments with minimal oversight and maintain current knowledge of RingCentral and AI capabilities.
Requirements
- BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in a professional services implementation role, including ownership of complex or enterprise-scale engagements.
- Hands-on experience in the UCaaS and CCaaS industry and advanced expertise in UCaaS, CCaaS, network readiness, or cloud software.
- Architectural experience with contact center platforms such as RingCX, NICE CXone/InContact Studio, Five9, or Genesys.
- Knowledge of C#, C++, SIP/WebRTC networking, RESTful APIs, webhooks, QM/WFM/WEM, Cloud PBX, predictive dialers, ACD, CTI, VoIP, Internet protocols, QoS, and hosted cloud ecosystems.
- Basic ability to read, adapt, and troubleshoot JavaScript, HTML, and CSS used in contact center configurations.
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, customer-facing presentation, and complex technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support customers across global time zones and operate autonomously in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Active contact center platform certifications and experience integrating CRM, ITSM, or lead-management systems are desired.
