Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate research into product by collaborating with client-side researchers.
- Partner with core customers and frontier labs to address technical problems.
- Shape and propose model improvement work with clear execution plans.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from discovery to scaling.
- Lead high-stakes technical engagements with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, production-grade results.
- Build robust evaluation frameworks to enhance technical execution.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in applied AI/ML, research, or technical product roles.
- Hands-on experience with model improvement workflows and evaluation design.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems with advanced customers.
- Strong technical fluency in reading research papers and analyzing metrics.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills for effective communication.
- A proactive approach to shipping, learning, and iterating on solutions.
