Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps, standards, and governance.
- Design scalable, resilient, high-performance enterprise platforms and full-stack applications.
- Lead architecture for AI/ML, agentic AI, RAG pipelines, LLM, vector database, and data systems.
- Define enterprise system integration patterns and solution architectures with stakeholders.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, automation, scalability, sizing, load balancing, and performance optimization strategies.
- Design distributed, microservices, event-driven, containerized, and cloud-native architectures.
- Establish observability, monitoring, logging, security, compliance, and governance practices.
- Mentor engineering teams and review technical designs.
- Evaluate enterprise platforms, AI governance and guardrails, multi-agent orchestration, and cloud/AI cost optimization.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in an Infrastructure Architect role stated in the posting.
- At least 6 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years in an architect or senior technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Python and backend systems.
- Experience with full-stack development using React or a similar technology.
- Deep understanding of system design and distributed architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML and agentic AI systems, including RAG, LLMs, and vector databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization, orchestration, observability, monitoring, logging, security, compliance, and governance.
- Proficiency with GitHub and JIRA.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and accountability skills.
- Preferred experience with enterprise ITSM or automation platforms, AI governance and guardrails, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, and cost optimization for cloud and AI workloads.
