Base Salary
$95k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GNC and embedded teams to build software using simulation, avionics, and custom hardware for automated testing.
- Define, validate, and continuously run system-level test cases for embedded and GNC software.
- Implement interfaces and drivers for simulation environments, hardware devices, and test equipment, including failure injection and hardware manipulation.
- Prototype software and hardware solutions, then develop them into scalable products for continuous release testing.
- Support release-test planning and execution ahead of flight-test events and major product milestones.
Requirements
- At least two years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering, or industry experience with a master’s or PhD.
- Strong C++ or Python skills with basic proficiency in the other language.
- Familiarity with Git and build or packaging systems such as CMake and Poetry.
- Preferred qualifications include five or more years building automated test solutions, aircraft or autonomous-vehicle test automation experience, and experience with automated testing, bare-metal firmware, or simulation tooling.
