Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business needs.
- Monitor development phases including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Provide user and operational support for applications and consult with business users and technology groups.
- Analyze complex application problems, evaluate business and system processes, and recommend programming solutions.
- Develop security measures through post-implementation analysis of business usage.
- Define operating standards and processes and ensure required procedures are followed.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
- Assess and manage technology, compliance, operational, and business risks appropriately.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

- Annual salary range of $96,960.00 to $145,440.00, excluding incentive and retention awards.
