Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify security issues and design and implement security controls, tools, and services.
- Create AI-driven detections and workflows, plus automated offensive tools and simulation frameworks for vulnerability identification at scale.
- Implement monitoring strategies, response plans, and awareness programs while optimizing SIEM, IDS/IPS, and core security tools.
- Conduct threat hunts and forensic analysis and provide actionable post-incident guidance.
- Embed security best practices into the SDLC through automated evaluation pipelines and guardrails for secure code deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience with security assessments, security design reviews, or threat modeling.
- Five years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols.
- Five years of coding experience in one or more general-purpose languages.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience building, deploying, or evaluating AI-native solutions and generative AI technologies, including LLM and agentic workflow integration.
- Preferred: experience in offensive security, red teaming, or advanced penetration testing.
- Preferred: experience with Developer Security Operations, security automation, evaluation pipelines, and integrating controls into CI/CD workflows.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
