Base Salary

$174k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Identify security issues and design and implement security controls, tools, and services.
  • Create AI-driven detections and workflows, plus automated offensive tools and simulation frameworks for vulnerability identification at scale.
  • Implement monitoring strategies, response plans, and awareness programs while optimizing SIEM, IDS/IPS, and core security tools.
  • Conduct threat hunts and forensic analysis and provide actionable post-incident guidance.
  • Embed security best practices into the SDLC through automated evaluation pipelines and guardrails for secure code deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five years of experience with security assessments, security design reviews, or threat modeling.
  • Five years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols.
  • Five years of coding experience in one or more general-purpose languages.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
  • Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: experience building, deploying, or evaluating AI-native solutions and generative AI technologies, including LLM and agentic workflow integration.
  • Preferred: experience in offensive security, red teaming, or advanced penetration testing.
  • Preferred: experience with Developer Security Operations, security automation, evaluation pipelines, and integrating controls into CI/CD workflows.

Benefits

  • US base salary of $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
