Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI/ML algorithms for the perception autonomy stack.
- Create software to autonomously control various sensors.
- Collaborate with sensor, tracking, and autonomy teams for deployment.
- Deploy containerized solutions to embedded Linux devices.
- Engage with DoD customers to understand use cases and requirements.
- Triaging technical problems and scoping with the team.
- Document ongoing work for internal and external communication.
- Execute simulation tooling for post-processing field test analysis.
- Implement improvement plans based on analysis and feedback.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in relevant engineering or computer science fields, or 5+ years of experience.
- Experience with multiple sensor modalities like EO, IR, and radar.
- Core understanding of sensor physics and control parameters.
- Experience with ML algorithms using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with tracking basics and optimal sensor fusion.
- Comfortable working in Windows, Linux, and Docker environments.
- Experience with remote software development and large datasets.
