Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technical integrations for healthcare partners, including customization for their workflows and legacy systems.
- Design robust data pipelines to securely ingest clinical data and synchronize it with AI services.
- Configure and optimize voice and messaging channels across telephony networks for patient engagement.
- Build and scale production-grade systems across clinical workflows, partner integrations, AI-powered services, patient engagement, and core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate partner needs into technical requirements and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience shipping production-grade software in modern cloud environments.
- Experience working across the stack, including APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Experience handling sensitive data with a security-first mindset and familiarity with industry-standard compliance requirements and data protocols.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translating ambiguous partner needs into clear requirements.
- Preferred: deep experience with data ingestion, API interoperability, disparate-system integrations, and third-party integrations.
- Preferred: practical experience or strong interest in Large Language Models and operationalizing them in production.
