Responsibilities

Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables.
Design, identify, and implement reusable technical assets and components.
Identify root causes and provide technical solutions and implementations.
Review and improve processes while following development lifecycle practices.
Develop Oracle EBS RICE components, integrations, reports, workflows, and related technical solutions.
Collect requirements and create functional, high-level design, low-level design, and deployment documents.
Deliver proofs of concept, mentor team members, and implement best practices.
Discuss technical and functional issues and solutions with executives, support teams, and customer personnel.

Minimum 3 years of technical experience, including at least 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience.
Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills and experience building complex Oracle EBS RICE components.
Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle RDBMS 10g, Oracle Workflows, or OAF.
Experience with data migration and integration of Oracle modules with third-party applications.
Experience with web services, REST Services, OTBI reports and analytics, and Oracle BI Publisher templates.
Awareness of SOA, knowledge of other integration tools, and experience in a CMMI environment are advantageous.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum and waterfall methodology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies; Oracle certification is an added advantage.
