Responsibilities
- Support senior-level engineers with software design, testing, documentation, and implementation.
- Install and integrate software packages.
- Assist software, computer tools, computer systems, and integration specialist groups as needed.
- Provide technical support and diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
- Follow company security, data protection, information-handling, and need-to-know procedures.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree or higher program in an engineering discipline, preferably Software Engineering or Computer Science, and be in the junior year or higher.
- Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Be familiar with C++ and/or C# programming languages.
- Have good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Be willing to learn new procedures and applications.
- Be a U.S. citizen due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
- Be eligible for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.
- Familiarity with SQL, Access, Microsoft PowerApps, Flow, and Python is preferred.
- Experience with personal projects such as building computers or setting up a network is preferred.
