Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications for specific business requirements.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for application-related activities.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center technologies and platforms.
- Experience designing, developing, and configuring applications in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot contact center implementation issues.
- Familiarity with integrating contact center solutions with enterprise systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 15 years of full-time education.
