Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
- Develop APIs, backend services, asynchronous pipelines, and distributed systems for workflow automation and data processing.
- Build responsive, accessible, high-performance user interfaces and contribute to frontend architecture and component systems.
- Use AWS services and queueing systems such as SQS to support scalable infrastructure.
- Own features from concept through production while ensuring reliability, performance, and observability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering on product planning, technical scoping, architecture, APIs, and data models.
- Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience building full-stack applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or similar.
- Experience designing APIs and working with distributed systems or asynchronous processing.
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience shipping features end-to-end in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Preferred experience includes workflow tools, internal platforms, data-heavy applications, document processing, OCR, AI/ML integrations, drag-and-drop interfaces, complex frontend state management, high-throughput or low-latency systems, financial services, regulated industries, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
