Responsibilities
- Architect and implement critical software infrastructure for distributed large-scale multi-cloud environments.
- Review architectures and designs to guide engineers in building scalable cloud services.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for cloud-native solutions.
- Catalyze improvements in engineering processes and ownership.
- Research and drive new technologies to leverage the latest innovations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, including 2+ years in building cloud environments.
- Proficient in at least one UI framework (React, Angular, etc.).
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Typescript, JavaScript, Go, Python, Java, etc.).
- Experience in database design and implementation (MySQL, Clickhouse, NoSQL).
- Understanding of IPC mechanisms and experience with TCP/IP, Kafka, zmq, grpc, zookeeper.
- Strong background in cloud environments, including containers, docker, and kubernetes.
- Experience with databases and understanding of ACID, consistency, sql/nosql.
- Experience in CI/CD using tools like Drone, Github, Makefiles.
- Experience with in-memory databases like Redis.
- Bonus points for experience with Node.js & Express for building REST APIs.
